Accommodation and Rates
We offer a choice of a kingsize room with spectacular views over the River Parrett across to Southlake Moor (SSSI) and Burrow Mump, or a twin room with garden and river views. Either room can accommodate one additional single bed, by arrangement. Rates include a full English or continental breakfast using local produce where possible, and complimentary tea on arrival.
Hector’s Barn is a self-catering apartment with one double bedroom, spacious open plan kitchen/living room with a sofa that converts to a small double bed, and featuring large fold and slide glazed doors to a balcony with breathtaking views and stairs leading down to the riverbank of the Parrett. Bookings can be made for as little as 3 nights.
The accommodation is very flexible, so please call us if you have any specific requirements. A cot/bed is available and is free for under 2s.

Pets - We will accept one small well-behaved dog by arrangement, please call first. There is a charge of £10 per booking.
All major debit/credit cards are accepted, however there is a 2.5% surcharge for credit cards.
Cancellation policy - if, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your booking, then we would be grateful for as much notice as possible. We will charge the first night's accommodation if you cancel your booking less than 7 days before arrival unless we can re-let the room. We will charge the whole amount due in the event of a non-arrival.
Arrival times 4pm - 7pm and departure by 10am. We are flexible as long as we know your plans, so do please mention when booking if these times are not convenient as it may be possible to have the rooms ready or perhaps just leave your bags if you are arriving earlier.
